Teen Library Art Competition:
Design Our New Mouse Pads!
Create a design for our new Teen Library computer mouse pads!
Submission Requirements:
- Submissions must have teen appeal
- Submissions must be generated by YOU (a teen)
- Submissions must be made of original artwork (not fan art or characters from published work)
- Submissions must be appropriate for the library (visit our code of conduct if you have questions)
- Submissions must be completed physically with clear ink lines or digitally
- Submissions must include the text “PPL Teen” somewhere in it
Artwork will be printed at roughly 9.5″ x 8″
Submit your physical design to the Teen Library Staff desk or send your digital design to the Teen email (teens@portlandpubliclibrary.org) by June 30th.
PPL patrons will vote anonymously for their favorite submissions at the downtown Teen Library space or online from July 1st through August 31st (the online ballot will be available on this page starting in July). The winning designs will be announced in September and printed on new mouse pads for the Teen Library computers.
The winning artists will receive a prize and mouse pad of their own!
