Luc Kuanzambi will give a broad overview of problems in global democracy and offer an outsider’s view of American politics as the U.S. presidential election approaches.
Before moving to Maine from the Congo, Luc worked for South Africa’s Department of International Relations and Cooperation. Since moving to Maine in 2017, he has led the Congolese Community Association of Maine. Luc is also the founder of Xenos Communications Consulting, a communications company and host of the podcast Luc’s 2 Cents. He serves as pastor in Westbrook.
